POLLO AL DISCO (Argentine Food)

Como su nombre lo indica, este plato se prepara sobre un DISCO DE ARADO , es decir la parte que entra y rotula la tierra, en nuestro caso el DISCO se modificó dandole más altura y soldándole además un par de MANIJAS (para poder facilitar el manejo y aumentar la capacidad del mismo). Antes de comezar la cocción se pica bien fino cebolla y ajies para luego mezclar con el pollo, además se cocinan, en forma separada, papas cortadas en cubitos para agregar a último momento.

El pollo demora aproximadamente 70 minutos en hacerse, en nuestro caso 15 patas/muslos (que nos comimos entre 4!!!). Despúes de poner las patas/muslos le agregamos la cebolla, los ajies y dientes de ajo (estos sin picar) y le podemos poner vino tinto o en su defecto cerveza, se deja cocinar 60 minutos y le agregamos las papas ya cocidas y en 10 minutos mas UN MANJAR!!!
